How WIll Findings Be Shared?
As with previous DAPP survey and reports, individual responses are completely anonymous and confidential. The findings will only ever be reported on in aggregate form. Drawing on the aggregate findings, CHANGE Philanthropy will produce a series of reports and infographics on the demographics of the philanthropic workforce. They will spotlight how comfortable individuals are bringing components of their identity into the workplace and note how responsive those institutions are to authenticity.
